If you have connected a Facebook or Instagram account to Senty, you can request that this data be deleted. This page explains what data may be affected and how to submit a deletion request.

What data may be deleted

A deletion request can cover:

• Connected Facebook and Instagram accounts linked to a Senty company.
• Access tokens and other connection details associated with those accounts.
• Social messages, comments, and related metadata that Senty has received via Meta as part of the integration.

How to request deletion

To request deletion, send an email to support@senty.dk and include:

• The Facebook or Instagram account the request concerns.
• The business or webshop that the connection belongs to.
• Enough information for us to identify the relevant integration.

What happens next

When we receive a request, we verify it, disconnect the relevant integration, delete the associated data in line with our applicable retention and legal obligations, and confirm the outcome to you.
