Senty (CVR: 46406648) is built with GDPR compliance at its core. As a tool that processes customer communications on behalf of our clients, we act as a data processor and take that responsibility seriously. This is a placeholder summary and not a substitute for legal advice.
Lawful processing
We process personal data only to deliver the service our clients have signed up for - reading emails, drafting replies, and retrieving relevant order data. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
Data processing agreement
We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to all clients, outlining the responsibilities of both parties under GDPR. Contact us to request one.
Data subject rights
- Right to access personal data we process.
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Right to data portability.
Data location & retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service, and delete it on request or when a client relationship ends.
