1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Senty platform provided by Senty ApS ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Senty is an AI-powered customer service assistant that integrates with your email accounts (such as Gmail) to generate draft responses for customer inquiries. All drafts generated by the AI are presented for your review and approval before being sent. We provide the tools to streamline your customer support workflow.

3. Google API Integration

Our platform allows you to connect your Gmail account via OAuth to fetch emails and generate response drafts. By connecting your Google account, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Senty will access your email data solely for the purpose of generating drafts and displaying context within our platform.
  • We adhere to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Your email data is securely processed and is not used for any purposes other than providing the core functionality of our service.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Senty, you agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated drafts before sending them to your customers. Senty is a "human-in-the-loop" system and does not send automated responses without your explicit action.
  • You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your authentication credentials.
  • You will not use the service for any unlawful purposes or to transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Senty platform, including but not limited to the software, designs, and text, are owned by Senty ApS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senty ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or (c) any generated draft content sent to your customers.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
